Houston Auto Show

Kevin loves going to car shows, he know pretty much everything about cars and truck. I DON'T. The best way for me to understand anything he is saying, is to see it. So, every year we go to the Auto show. I really enjoy going. We get to see all the new stuff coming soon.

This Mustang was my favorite car there. I have always wanted one. HINT HINT
This was Braden's first trip to a show. I think he is going to be a car guy, like his daddy. He laid back in his stroller and checked out every car we went by. He is Kevin's mini me.

This Aston Martin was the most expensive car there. $195,000. Funny thing was..... I told Kevin I liked it. And he said, "of course you do it's the most expensive one". He says I have expensive taste.

Sunday afternoon we were bored. Kevin had the idea of taking Braden to the Rainforest Cafe. So we were off.......

Braden was getting a little coloring in before our lunch came.

Both Braden and Kevin watched these fish for 20 minutes.
Braden made his first Build-a Bear stuff animal. It's a Elephant. He was giving it kisses, and wouldn't let me put the clothes on it.

Cowboy Up

Braden got some new cowboy boots over the weekend from his Great Grandparents. Thank you Memaw and Pepaw.

He walked all over the house breaking them in.

Snip Snip

Saturday we took Braden to Cool Cuts to get his first hair cut. I was so nervous. He did so good, I couldn't believe it. Braden got to sit in a really cute taxi cab, and watch a Elmo movie while get his hair cut.

1st Birthday Party Part 1

Braden's Birthday Party last weekend turned out great. We all had a great time. Braden ran all over the house with this balloon.
Kevin's Aunt and Uncle rented two awesome moon walks for Braden's party. One for the big kids and one for the little ones. We all had a try them out. I haven't had that much fun on a moon walk in a long time. Thanks Tina and Randy
Braden had just woke up and didn't know what to think.
By now he started to loosen up a bit.


A ton of friends and family were able to come. Of course, I catch the guys are watching the Colts game. They lost, sorry Kevin. They're his favorite team.
